2017 Ironman Curling Champions

Congratulations to our 2017 Ironman Curling champions “Old Cold and on the Rocks”

Players are Bob Petri, Jeff Goertzen, Darren Goertzen, Robyn Beninger. They went undefeated to win the championship. Playing the last 3 games back to back to back. They have won custom curling jackets from Dynasty Curling Apparel. The championship game was played in the snow, challenging conditions for everyone. The team are past Ironman Champions in 2014.

Everyone helped raise $10,045.80 for Heart and Stroke Foundation. A fantastic amount for our event. Thank you to John Hindle our honouree for speaking at the closing ceremonies and sharing his story.

We had 67 curling teams this year. Thank you to Subaru for their amazing support, all our sponsors and volunteers. What a great weekend! We look forward to seeing everyone next year February 2 to 4, 2018.
