2021 Ironman Curling Donor Champions “Kevin Wiebe’s Team”

Krista and Caitlyn Wiebe, in honour of Kevin Wiebe
It was a cold and crisp weekend! Thank you to everyone who have made a donation over the weekend that was to be our 20th annual event.

Congratulations to our new Ironman Curling Donor champions
“Kevin Wiebe’s Team”
They have raised the most funds for charity. The running joke with our committee members was that no matter how hard Kevin played in the bonspiel, another committee member would knock him out of the tournament.
There was no stopping the Wiebe team this year! Congratulations, Krista and Caitlyn!

The Ironman Donor Champions have also won a prize package from Dynasty Curling Apparel as well their names are added to our impressive Ironman Champions trophy for the first time.

Our Head Ice Makers, Harry Ladhania and Adrian Kowalchuk, and their team of volunteers did an incredible job constructing one of Canada’s largest Crokicurl rink and curling ice.

A hearty cheers to anyone who brave the cold and checked out the site on the Red River.

Thank you to our sponsor, Bodegoes Restaurant, for paying the service fees on donations. Thanks to them, 100% of the donation is going to the charities.
