Draw Times Info

For those that are not aware, most curling events schedule the curlers when the curling club wants the curlers to curl. At Ironman Outdoor Curling we try our best to come up with a curling schedule that has many options so that something hopefully works for you and your team. Please see our Schedule page for the complete list of draw times. We then allow all Team Managers to pick their team’s pool/times to curl in. As teams pay and pick their curling times, the available time options are removed from the website.

Some of you have known this secret for years. Can’t curl Friday night, not a problem, want to curl Friday night, maybe even twice, done and done. If you have a scheduling conflict with what is currently available, let our Draw Master (drawmaster@ironmancurling.com) know what times could work for you and we will do our best to accommodate you. Then you can still make your regular league curling with no muss or fuss and also participate in Canada’s best Outdoor Curling.

Our goal each year is to get your team their final draw times as soon as possible.  The amount of time it takes us to schedule the draws once registration has closed varies on the amount of teams entered in the bonspiel, and any adjustments we need to make to accommodate teams with conflicts.  Registration usually closes one week prior to the event, and we try to give all Team Managers a draft schedule by Monday evening for any last minute changes, and then we confirm the final draw times to all Team Managers by Wednesday evening.

Did you know that Friday @ 6 pm is prime time for TV coverage; you may be on the TV sheets so wear your best curling outfit to stand out!
