Schedule

Hello Curler,

Draw times will be finalized after the registration deadline, but your team can select their preferred  times after registration and payment has been completed. Draw times for your team are listed on the Teams page, but may be subject to change until registration has closed.

Our Draw Master will finalize and publish draw times by the Wednesday before the event.   The majority of teams will receive their preferred times, but some pools may need to be filled, reduced, or closed based on popularity.

If you have any questions or requests for times, please email our Draw Master Dean Jones at drawmaster -at- ironmancurling -dot- com

Reminder, please follow all current provincial health restrictions.

The Fundraising Challenge

This challenge is open to all teams who wish to participate. The top 3 fundraising teams that collect the most donations for charity will be award the Silver Corn Broom during the closing ceremonies. We would love if all the recipients would join us at closing ceremonies to receive their award and for photos.

Pool Sponsors

   Title Sponsor Nirvana Waterworks

During the event each pool will be renamed to a sponsor’s name for that pool, such as Nirvana Waterworks. Your pool’s name may be based on the sponsor also having a team in the pool you are curling in, so look for that team and thank them for being a sponsor. Without their help this event wouldn’t happen.

Ironman Curling Additional Notes

  • Opening Ceremonies will (usually) be just before the opening draw. Speeches and bagpiper will perform depending on the weather conditions.
  • Times and curling sheets subject to change, depending on number of team entries.
  • Final official draw times and sheet numbers will be on the schedule board inside the Redboine Boat Club and posted online on this page closer to the event after registrations have closed.
  • Depending on the number of Recreational division entries, some sheets will be multi purpose sheets which can be used for the Recreational division games (Recreational houses will be 36 feet closer, shown in green on the sample drawings) as well as Championship division and High School Tournament games (houses will be regulation size, shown in blue/red on the sample drawings).
  • Prizes and awards will be handed out at the closing ceremonies, which will take place right after the final games on Sunday.

Good luck everyone and have fun!
