Manual Registration Form

Ironman offers a manual registration process. Please consider this as a last resort option since it requires additional volunteer time, will almost always result in additional questions, and you may not receive updates whenever a donation is made on behalf of your team (so that you can thank them).

If you still wish to proceed, please complete all possible fields below and submit the form. Ironman staff will then manually enter the information you submit into our systems for you. We will enter your submitted details as soon as we can, but it may take a few days. You will be notified when completed.

    * Division To Enter:     (Note: Both fundraise, but Fundraising Only does not curl.)
    Note: The Fundraising Only division is a non-playing event. There are no games scheduled, but your team can still raise funds for charity! There are NO Fees to register a team as Fundraising Only.
    For teams that will be curling, $25 of every $50 player registration fees go to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Everyone can raise additional funds for charity using a printable donation sheet, or through online donations.

    Note: If the Team Manager is also playing, please enter their name as one of the 4 players or 2 alternates above. Alternate players must start the game as 1 of the 4 players, exceptions may be allowed by officials (i.e. injury during game).


    Note: Each player must sign a waiver. If players do not login to join the team and then sign the waiver online, they will be required to submit a signed paper waiver either at the registration desk or in advance by mail.     Note: to complete your Ironman Curling team registration we require a payment of $50 per player, unless your team is Sponsored (a HUGE Thank You to all our sponsors!). Payments can be made online via PayPal by going to:

    Once all fees have been received you will be allowed to choose your team’s game times as listed on our website as shown here. Until then, game time selections are not finalized and may be taken by other teams.
